This role coordinates information and promotional media that touches teams within content & editorial, advertising & media, digital and social, promo scheduling, advertising sales, the finishing team, and creative technical operations. As an operations coordinator you will shepherd marketing assets from the initial request to delivery, must be able to prioritize deadlines, have excellent verbal and written communication, ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed environment, and maintain high stakeholder customer service. ![]()
